KiwiPayroll provides New Zealand payroll software for employers and accountants.

What we collect

• Employer and employee payroll data you enter (including IRD numbers, pay, leave, bank details)
• Usage and billing metadata (plan, Stripe customer id)
• Technical logs (IP, audit events for security)

How we use it

• To provide payroll, leave, filing export, and related services
• To bill subscriptions and prevent abuse
• To meet legal obligations (including tax and privacy law)

Sharing

We use processors such as hosting, email, and payment providers. We do not sell personal information.

Security

Access is restricted by authentication, tenant isolation, and role permissions. Audit logs record sensitive actions such as filing exports.
