Terms of Service

By creating a workspace or using KiwiPayroll you agree to these terms.

Service

We provide payroll software tools including payslips, leave, and IRD file export for myIR upload. You remain responsible for the accuracy of data, tax calculations review, and timely filing with Inland Revenue.

Accounts

You must keep login credentials secure and ensure staff access is appropriate. Accountant customers must have authority to process client employer data.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe according to the selected plan. Limits on employees and companies are enforced in the product.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other tenants' data, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by NZ law we exclude liability for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot exclude under the Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.
